since being onboard i would like to present my unsolicited ranking and opinions of disney pixar films:

a bug’s life - 4/10, but im biased because i remember seeing antz as a kid and its better
monsters inc - 5/10, it was fine, i have beef with mike wazowski
toy story - 6/10, the animation of that terrifying kid made my son cry
toy story 2 - 7/10, didn’t make luis cry but did make me cry - what was the reason for that entire jessie song other than to traumatise adults
finding nemo - 8/10, demoted because luis wants to see turtles and i cannot talk him out of it
the incredibles - 10/10, no notes. i’d go as far as to say incredible

my son’s opinion differs, but he is in fact five and influences my decision by how many times he wants to watch said film. finding nemo likely to dip in the rankings over time.

i will take recommendations on disney but i saw bambi and it was not for me if that helps

I agree with you. Antz just didn’t appeal to me as much.

That's a relief. It could have caused quite the awkward scenario in our living arrangements if we were on opposite sides of A Bug's Life vs Antz. We dodged a bullet there, mate.

It could make living together quite uncomfortable if we were in a fight about this. Lines drawn down the middle of the room, this is the Antz side this is the Bug's Life side. Terrible.

Oh it would have been terrible. We couldn't have lived with such divisive issue. Glad we dodged that.

The end of game nights would be especially heartbreaking.

Devastating, truly devastating. Disappointing going beyond our living arrangement to our friends. The horror.

Maybe we should start a list of other things we’re not allowed to disagree on. Just to make sure.

Might be a good check. We don't want to disrupte games night.

It can't hurt. Or at least I hope not. No, we have people relying on us.

We do. It is our duty to hash out the important debatable topics, like do you put pineapple on pizza.

Another good question. I do not like pineapple on pizza. I don't think it's an abomination I just never liked how it tasted with the sauce.

It's simply far too sweet to pair with the sauce. It seems we have successfully evaded another damning battle.

There are so many better pizza toppings out there. Why would you choose pineapple? This one might've been even worse than differences in movie taste.

So many better toppings. This was a true crisis averted. You are most astute that it would have been far worse.

What toppings are your favorite? If we're assuming pineapple is your least.

I am a pepperoni fan, with onions, sometimes olives (depending on the olives), and peppers. What about yourself?

Pepperoni is always a good choice. I like sausage on mine. Olives and peppers are delicious too. All good options.

Sausage is also a good choice. Seems we are safe on the pizza toppings.
