Right, you heard the man.
We've got a little over three weeks before we have to take down an unknown envoy in new conditions.
So while Engineering are doing what they can to help outfit our birds, and the Captains are searching for ways to increase the fleet, we Pilots need to be working our arses off.
Squadron 1, while dear old Philip is occupied I'll be stepping in as drill sergeant. Two hours extra gym time for each session. A focus on Squats, Deadlifts, Planks, and general AGSM and HIIT training. New neck resistance training exercises to see us through High-G Turns. And the return of my beloved flashcards, each one containing a potential emergency situation to see if you know the best way to get out of it.
And if you're very good, we'll unwind with some darts for the sake of hand-eye coordination.
Squadrons 2, 3, and 4, I'm not the boss of you, but if you want to join us, the more the merrier. You haven't lived until you've trained until you're throwing up.
Non-Pilots... shoot, share any health and fitness techniques you swear by. Or share potential punishments we can inflict on whoever wimps out on training.
