I'd like to officially ban future use of ice breakers on the network, should the rest of Leadership agree.

As an alternative, we could require approval from an individual's boss before posting. Thoughts?

Ground Forces.

Any reports of note? I recognize I've been a little scattershot as of late with various trips to the ground, but that's no excuse for not keeping up with your paperwork.

Additionally, Dreamscape needs volunteers to watch the experiment participants, given the sleeper debacle. This ask is a courtesy — I will choose people if too few come forward.

It can be and I think is most of the time, but I do understand your point of view.

I do.

I think most of us are mature enough to talk about any awkwardness that might arise. And if you're that afraid of things becoming awkward, participation is not a requirement.

I care about the general health of Dislinked, particularly this ship. I certainly am not feeling awkward.

As do I. I think most often than not those little games can provide a good distraction and outlet for what otherwise might've been a stressful day.

A good choice. I think I've had them once or twice.

I have no doubt about this, don't worry. I have a preference for productive outlets.

I had them a lot as a child. It's been quite a while since I've had one, though.

How are you defining productive? I think it might be different depending on the person.

It's hard to come by most fruit these days. Maybe someone could bring you one from a mission sometime.

Something of use comes from it. Which, as much as everyone argues 'bonding' comes of talking about your interest in your coworkers, I don't believe it.

I can dream. I'm always on the lookout when I'm on the ground.

I’ve had the opposite experience. But there are also ice breakers that don’t involve our interest in our coworkers. Would you find those more useful in bonding or are they all lumped in together?

I’ll start keeping my eye out too, although might be a bit until I’m down there again.

Mine's grapefruit. It's bitter but aesthetically interesting.

Grapefruit is a good choice, tasty despite its bitterness.

I'm partial to a raspberry. Tart but a perfect summer fruit.

And also an aggregate fruit, not a true berry, so it's sneaky.

Just masquerading as a berry. Fun to pick in the wild regardless.

I would trade an arm for some watermelon or pawpaws.

Watermelon is objectively a good fruit. Definitely in my top 5. As you know, I've never had a pawpaw, but one day I'd like to.

If I could take you to Kentucky, that'd be one of the first things I'd make you try.

That would be nice. I would also make you take me to get some bourbon.

I trust your selection because I really don't know anything about bourbon. Or Kroger for that matter.

Rare Breed will never let you down. It's a real nightmare being out of bourbon right now, but I'll try to persevere.
