She can't reach Xitang in time to be there in person, so I appointed her as the universal contact for my agents in the region. Faster than having everything go through me, especially since I'm about to be stuck in a transport.

There's a station called Jiashan South Railway Station; it's apparently a couple kilometers from Xitang and connects to Shanghai and Hangzhou. Do we think there's merit to ferrying them out to the train line?

Via the river? If we're careful not to cause a panic, yes.

There's a concern that if it becomes wide knowledge that the ferry is available, it may get swarmed. We should try to direct families with the elderly, disabled, and very young children there. Those who would be slow anyway.

We'll just need to be aware of how the information spreads.
